Nature is a whore. These are not my words, but the words of Kurt Cobain, lead singer of Nirvana on the song In Bloom. What, exactly, did he mean?
- Was Kurt referring to Nature, the highly esteemed international journal of science? It seems unlikely that he had a subscription.
- Or was he referring to Nature as in pretty much everything in the known universe? I don't know.
- Perhaps he meant human nature. Possibly.
Whatever, Nevermind. (stage-dives into audience)
♫ I'm the one who likes all their pretty songs, and I like to sing along, and I like to shoot my gun but I don't know what it means. Don't know what it means. Yeah. ♫
